Whole Land Management: The Key to Responsible Stewardship

Jeb Barzen, President of the Wisconsin Prescribed Fire Council (WPFC)

Spend an evening with Jeb and potentially a couple of friends who will fill us in on the fire council’s role in abetting private lands management. The goal being to encourage prescribed fire as a safe and effective tool for habitat restoration. This is also an opportunity for landowners that are interested in having questions answered about burning on their own property.

Sponsored by: MSA Professional Services, Mary-Luckhardt-Klemm, The Village Booksmith

Major funding for the series is provided by the Rotary Club of Baraboo and members of Baraboo Range Preservation Association. This event is cosponsored by the Carnegie-Schadde Memorial Public Library, where all lectures will be held. For more information email brange@baraboorange.org or call 355-7512.
