There is a room use fee of $20 per hour to use the Auditorium. Use of the kitchenette is an additional $10 per hour fee. Meeting room reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance. Room users are responsible for their own room set up (tables, chairs) and clean up.
Equipment
The Auditorium is outfitted with a large screen, projector, video display, and has camera/microphone/speakers for presentations or videoconferencing. Users may request to use our piano or microphones. Other equipment in the room includes: podium, serving cart, coat rack.
Seating
For seating in auditorium style rows, the room will seat up to 150 people. The room user will do their own room setup- we provide up to 150 chairs and 24 (6 ft) tables.
