First Monday of the Month

Join a table of mahjong and get to know other local players. We follow American Mahjong League rules. 

Board meeting for the Baraboo Area Literacy Council.  This meeting is open to the public.

A traditional story time focusing on teaching early literacy skills through songs, rhymes, and books. This program is intended for children ages 0-2. Siblings are welcome to attend.

Hopefully teens know their way around the library Today's scavenger hunt is all about finding clues, solving puzzles, and putting their knowledge to the test. 

Fortnightly is Baraboo's longest-running social club. This club focuses on intellectual discussion and presentation. One member of the group presents on the topic of their choice on the larger theme.

An active story time with stories, songs, and movement followed up with a sensory or process art activity. This program is intended for families with children ages 3-5. 

Take a closer look at the world around you with the use of some fun magnifying equipment. This program is intended for children age 6-8.

Join us to learn more about starting your plants from seeds.  Methods demonstrated apply to flowers and vegetables alike.  Learn what soil to use, how much light to provide and how to time planting for best results.

Join us for a celebration of Mario! We'll have a wide range of games and systems for teens to  take turns playing Mario games. 

Board meeting for the Friends of the Library. This meeting is open to the public.  If you would like to address the board and be added to the agenda, please contact the Library Director at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

We will be making a potted plant that never needs watered! Out of wire and beads, a beautiful plant will come to life.

Join us for Teen Dungeons and Dragons. No experience required. Due to the nature of game play and the demand, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND SPOTS ARE LIMITED. TEENS MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE.
