Month Calendar

An evening storytime for children ages 0-5 and their caregiver/s. We'll share a few stories, songs, and a snack. Children are encouraged to wear their pajamas and bring their favorite stuffed animal to join in the fun. 

We are hosting a tiny art show and you're invited to be an artist! From January 28 to February 8, interested artists should stop by the library to pick up their tiny canvas and easel making kit.

Join us for a discussion series on the book The Sum of Us by Heather McGhee, which will be lead by Dr. Rainey Briggs. At each meeting, we will discuss a few chapters in-depth.

Come and discuss any book you’ve read, are reading, or want to read. No pressure to read a specific book. This will be a safe place to discuss books and other literary topics for gen z adults. There will be snacks.

What is hygge? And how does it relate to happiness and health? In this talk, Professor Andersen will introduce the concept of hygge, explain how it relates to the Scandinavian way of life, and show what Americans can learn from it.
