Purpose of Meeting
Everyone has a story worth telling. In this supportive workshop, we’ll use emotional mapping to explore how feelings and experiences shape the stories of our lives. Guided exercises will help you chart emotions tied to turning points, challenges, and relationships, and begin shaping them into writing you can build on
This is a welcoming, inclusive space. Whether you’re new to writing or already working on a memoir, you’ll be guided step‑by‑step with prompts, handouts, and encouragement. As a writer with a Master’s in English and Creative Writing, I’ll share tools from my own practice and schooling to help you find clarity and confidence.
